We arrive “on time”, pick up your order. Take them to the laundromat where your clothes are checked, sorted and washed in separate washers, processed per your instructions (Hot – Cold – Warm – Delicate etc.) and never mixed with any other order. Dried as required, folded and placed into our protective plastic covering or hung individually (no extra charge). Our washers are self-sanitized after every wash!
–We hang casual pants, shirts, blouses, polo shirts and skirts— all at no additional charge. Yes, we will even match your socks!
–We fold T-shirts, jeans, underclothes, linens, & towels. However, we can hang/fold any item per your instruction. Your order is then packaged inside our plastic bags and prepared for delivery back to you.
- –We use low-scent detergents- you can request your preferences- or you can supply your own.
- We generally can accommodate your special preferences (must be submitted with your order).

Special Services:
We accept “wet” orders and then base the price on completion of service. We weigh them after they are washed and when they are dry. We also offer “hang drying” at no extra cost.

I am amazed at the customer service and quality of care w/ this super duper local business!! I asked a yelp quote and got a response in less than 10 min! They picked up a super large load of laundry ( 59 #) ona fri sndi got my order back same day!! Really!? The quality of care was super, they hang my uniform tops for no additional charge. 9/28/2022 - Was staying for a week at a local hotel and needed overnight laundry service. 5-star provided exactly that and more. They were quick to respond to my Yelp message for a quote, and text conversations were clear and succinct. I left the laundry at the bell desk and Ericka kept me updated until it was picked up. The clothes were dropped off within the estimated time and they were clean, neatly folded, and smelled great!
I wouldn't hesitate using them every time I'm in town.

9/28/2022 - This is a cool place. I was staying at a local hotel and needed to do laundry. I brought my clothes there and was greeted by a very helpful person. I did my laundry and had breakfast at the adjacent diner. All in all it was a good experience.

9/20/2022 - Erica was absolutely great. Very professional and courteous. The prices are very reasonable and the service is exceptional. Very happy with their service having been the first time using them. Everything was packed, folded and hung. Clothes are very fresh smelling and clean. I cannot say enough about them.
